Safe the Teachers

     Teaching is one of the important role in our life.  It is also part of our daily life.  There are many ways of teaching which help us open up to the next level.  Yet, there are still people out there that don't consider teaching very seriously.  Or have they, but just didn't show it?

     When there's a problem with the economy, it affect the people and especially the teachers.  One of the school board's option is to cut on the teachers.  They don't have to lay off the teachers.  There are many ways to conserve on the budget without laying off the teachers.  When it comes to our kids, the teachers are considered as our second hand unless if you home school your kids.  As for myself, i will be worn out to teach my kids after work or dinner etc. etc.  How about the school board cut on their hours but not the teachers?  They just sit in their offices not teaching the children.  Yeah, they got a lot of paper works or plans to make and stuff like that.  But, that could help conserve the electric.  They lay the teachers off, but they don't make that much.

     How about doing a fund raising? Or they could just cut the hours of teaching by one to three instead of laying off.  I don think the laying off thingy is a good example for the kids.  If this laying off teachers keep on going, it will affect those kids who want to be a teacher in their future.  I mean, if those leaders are out of ideas or options, they could ask the parents or the community for ideas or options.  I'm absolutely sure that there's a lot of better ideas and options out there.  They just don't ask.  Just because they are the leaders for the school dosen't  mean that they knows more or less.  We need to safe the teachers by going to the P.T.A meeting and voice our ideas for the sake of our kids and generations to come.   Those leaders will be dealing with amount of stresses everyday and its hard.  So we can do our part by helping the leaders safe the teachers. 

     How? By going to the P.T.A meeting and share what we knows.  Or write to them in a form of a community.  I know that you knows what is better for our kids.  So lets do it.  And please if you know anything about saving the teachers, i would love to know more.  Thank you!
